If your Mac is damaged and needs repair, please first bring it to Physics IT Support so that we can determine what repairs may be necessary.

If your Mac is in warranty (less than four years old) then it can be repaired for free depending on the terms of the warranty and the repair needed. Physics IT Support will arrange this for you.

If your Mac is more than four years old or the repair isn't covered under the terms of the warranty then it can still be repaired but there will be a charge. We can obtain a quote for the repair and you can choose to charge the repair to your budget.
